Furthermore, worry can lead to unhealthy coping mechanisms such as substance abuse, overeating, or avoidance of social situations. These behaviors can have a detrimental effect on our physical health over time and lead to chronic health problems such as obesity, high blood pressure, and heart disease.
In addition to the negative effects on mental and physical wellbeing, worry can also interfere with our relationships and work life. It can cause us to become irritable, moody, and withdrawn, making it difficult to communicate and connect with others.

Stop Worrying Meditation
The Stop Worrying Meditation uses a combination of our signature binaural beats technology and subliminal affirmations.
With regular listening, the Stop Worrying program will do the following:

How It Works
Subliminal affirmations are a helpful tool in reducing worry and promoting positive thought patterns. The word ‘subliminal' refers to inaudible, so you won't hear the affirmations being spoken, which mind sound strange, but let me explain further.
Subliminal affirmations are positive statements that are played at a volume that is just below the level of conscious awareness.
Even though you are not fully aware of the statements being played, they still influence your thought patterns and beliefs on a subconscious level.
The subliminal affirmations are embedded within the program, underneath the music overlay.
To create subliminal messages, we begin by having our voiceover artist record the affirmations in our studio.
Then, our audio engineer filters the voice to a level above the threshold of human hearing, while still retaining the underlying vibrations that make up the words.
This technique is designed to allow the affirmations to bypass the conscious mind, which often rejects information, and instead target the subconscious mind directly.
Despite the voice being filtered above the hearing capability of the general population, those with sensitive hearing may detect some high-pitched frequency content resembling the sound of crickets. This is your ears picking up on the subliminal audio.
The Subconscious Mind
The subconscious mind stores all of your beliefs about yourself and the wider world, whether positive or negative. You can think of it as a vast database stored on a hard drive. Our goal is to overwrite any negative files that pertain to how you perceive yourself.

This is just one example of how negative beliefs can manifest due to past experiences. Indeed, the same principle can be applied to any negative experience that shapes your self-perception and beliefs, which in turn affects how you engage with the world.

We intentionally use easily understood affirmations, all spoken in the first person. This approach has been shown to be the most effective way to design subliminal affirmations. By speaking directly to you, and phrasing the affirmations as if you already possess the desired outcome, we can increase their impact.
Please note that your download package also includes an audible version of the affirmations. This version lasts for one hour and features calming music with the affirmations spoken out loud, allowing you to hear them clearly. We provide this alternative listening option to reinforce your training through the conscious mind.
Frequency & Tuning Information
The subliminal messaging (affirmations) in the Stop Worrying Meditation program are combined with our world-renowned binaural beats technology. The binaural beats frequencies used are in the Theta range, at 5.8 Hz, which is associated with a reduction in fear.
The Theta state is ideal for relaxation and meditation, and therefore the program is suited to listening when you are in a comfortable, relaxed position.
All our programs contain a music overlay. This music is always created in a specific tuning taken from the ancient Solfeggio scale, a tuning scale said to promote different types of healing at each frequency step.
For this composition, we have chosen the 396 Hz frequency. This frequency is associated with removing the guilt and fear we’ve accumulated through past experiences.
The 396 Hz frequency can influence the mind so that we spend less time racked with grief and worry and more time experiencing the joys and endless possibilities of life.
In this regard, the Stop Worrying Meditation takes a multi-layered approach to subliminal reprogramming:

What You'll Receive in Stop Worrying Package
Your download package includes four versions of the Stop Worrying Meditation program:
Version 1: 30- and 60-minute versions. The 60-minute version is an extended version of the 30-minute version. Both versions feature a soothing music overlay, binaural beats frequencies underneath the music, and embedded subliminal affirmations.
Version 2: An audible affirmations version. In this version, the 15 affirmations are spoken aloud six times at various intervals of the 60-minute track.
Version 3: Subliminal affirmations version (without music overlay). This file appears silent, but those with good hearing may pick up on occasional high-pitched frequency sounds, similar to crickets. These sounds are the affirmations playing at a frequency above the human hearing threshold.
Version 4: A raw (pure) binaural beats tone track. This is a 60-minute track of just the binaural beats frequencies on their own. Not everyone enjoys listening to this raw tone, as it can be an acquired taste, but it's something you might choose to experiment with.

How to Use The Stop Worrying Meditation
The Stop Worrying Meditation program offers flexibility as it can be used at any time of day, but ideally while relaxing. It doesn't matter if you're sitting, or lying down, indoors or outdoors.
However, to fully benefit from the binaural beats frequencies, you will need to use headphones. If you choose to listen without headphones, you will only benefit from the subliminal affirmations.
The 2-hour silent subliminal messaging track can be played through speakers or headphones, but to receive the full benefits, you need to be within earshot of the speakers. You can use this version while relaxing or engaging in other activities such as walking, working, or reading.
Although we recommend a minimum of 15 minutes listening time for our programs, it is most beneficial to listen to a 30 or 60-minute session.
