How the Positive Affirmations (Subliminal) Work
The subliminal affirmations are first recorded in our studio, using our regular voiceover professional.
Once recorded, we then modulate the spoken affirmations above the human hearing threshold.
What this means is that the affirmations are still at an audible volume level, but they can't be heard because it is outside of the human frequency range (20 Hz – 20 Khz).
We then embed these affirmations in in the music, on top of our signature binaural beats technology.
You'll also be pleased to know that we provide a version with the spoken (audible) positive affirmations. From creating previous products, we know that our users enjoy listening to the alternative voiceover version too.
How to Use the Meditation
The program is flexible and any of the versions can be listened to at any time of the day.
You can listen whenever you feel negativity or stressful thoughts are getting the better of you.
We recommend a minimum listening time of 15 minutes per session.
You can listen with or without headphones.
However, please note that the binaural beats will only be effective with headphones. So when listening without headphones you will only benefits from the relaxing music and subliminal messaging.
Please note that you can listen to the 2-hour silent affirmations version while you sleep, work, or at any time you want to benefit from the programming but don't want music on.
Please ensure you are within a meter and a half of the speakers when listening without headphones.
