1. Deep Sleep (Delta)

2. Blissful Sleep (Delta)
Blissful Sleep is less melodic than Deep Sleep and more minimal in sound design, though it contains the same sleep-inducing Delta waves. We encourage you to alternate between the different sleep tracks we offer, as you may prefer one over the other at different times.
3. Sound Asleep (Delta)
Sound Asleep is the most minimal of our three main sleep tracks. It is purposefully designed to be as non-distracting as possible and ideal for those who are easily disturbed when falling asleep. The composition is hypnotic, comforting and warm, creating a soft bed of sound that relaxes your mind for deeper, healthier sleep. Sound Asleep comes with an additional 2-hour version.
4. Power Nap (Delta/Alpha)
Power Nap helps you recharge on days when you feel a dip of tiredness and unable to work. The track is designed not to take you into light sleep, not into deep sleep that will make you feel groggy when you wake up. The track takes you down into the upper Delta state of light sleep, and then winds back up to the wakeful Alpha state before it finishes, so you can get on with your day feeling refreshed.
