1. Deep Sleep (Delta)
Deep Sleep stimulates Delta wave production in the brain, helping you fall asleep faster, and sleep deeper for longer. Deep Sleep helps you get the restorative sleep your body requires for optimum health. If you struggle to wind down before bed, listen up to 1-hour before you plan to fall asleep.
2. Blissful Sleep (Delta)
Blissful Sleep contains the same Delta frequencies as the Deep Sleep track, but has a more minimal sound design. We recommend alternating between the two, as you may prefer one over the other at different times. Listen up to 1-hour before bed, or in bed while you fall asleep.
2. Power Nap (Delta/Alpha)
Power Nap helps you recharge on days where you want to rest a while but don't want to fall into a deep sleep that will make you feel groggy for the rest of the day. The track takes you down into the upper Delta state of light sleep, and then winds back up to the wakeful Alpha before it finishes to bring you arouse your brain and bring you back to normal consciousness – so you can get on with your day feeling refreshed.
