We want you to be happy with your purchase, and even though (technically) digital goods can't be returned, we offer a 7 day refund window. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To complete your return, we require your order number as proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your request is received and considered, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take up to 14 days to process, depending on your payment provider.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. The next step is to contact your credit card company and ask them; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if you have been sent the wrong product for download.
Lifetime Replacement Policy
If at any time in the future you lose or delete your recording(s), we will replace your purchase free of charge.
