The Wellness Meditation has been designed as a feel-good therapy for all-round wellbeing. It uses a Beta binaural beats frequency of 20 Hz, which is noted for its energy promotion and pineal gland stimulation. This frequency is said to be particularly effective as an adrenal stimulant, and for use on infections, sinus blockages, and symptoms of the common cold.
The 20 Hz frequency was first identified by Raymond Rife, inventor of the Rife machine in the 1920s. Rife noted the frequency as a “cure-all” for various disease.
Rife believed that every microorganism, including disease-causing ones, had a unique resonance frequency. He believed that by exposing these microorganisms to their specific frequencies, he could destroy them without harming healthy cells. He termed this concept “Mortal Oscillatory Rate” (MOR).

In addition to the binaural beats frequencies that we use underneath the music, we also tune the instrumentation in each composition to a specific, complementary frequency. For the Wellness Meditation we've chose 528 Hz.

How to Use The Wellness Meditation
Using the Wellness Meditation music is simple and flexible, allowing you to listen at your convenience, whether relaxing, working, studying, or engaging in other tasks. For optimal effectiveness, listen for a minimum of 15 minutes per session.
Here's how to make the most of it:
- Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can fully immerse yourself in the meditation experience. This can be at home, in the office, or anywhere you feel at ease.

- Allow the calming sounds to wash over you. There's no need to actively think or do anything; simply let go and be present in the moment.

Versions 1 & 2: 30 and 60-minute versions. The 60-minute version is an extended version of the 30-minute version. Both these versions feature a music overlay and binaural beats frequencies underneath the track.
Version 3: A raw (pure) binaural beats tone track. This is a 60-minute track of just the binaural beats frequencies on their own. Not everyone enjoys listening to this raw tone – it is an acquired taste – but it's something you might choose to experiment with.
This program can also be played through a portable speaker, tablet, or phone without headphones. However, in this case, you will only experience the soothing music and not benefit from the binaural beats frequencies. To fully benefit from the binaural beats, headphones are necessary, as they function by delivering slightly different frequencies to each ear.
