Deep Sleep is a true blessing for me. I’ve always had trouble sleeping but am against taking any form of medication. I am still not quite hitting the recommended 8 hours but I am falling asleep faster and sleeping for periods of 6-7 hours as opposed to 3 or 4. The meditation music is great, it totally chills me out! It’s like the sound waves put the brakes on my mind, hypnotising me to relax, and before I know it I am waking up in the morning! Brilliant stuff.
