Subliminal messaging is a method of reprogramming the subconscious mind with a new belief, habit, or behaviour. The message is moved past the conscious mind, without its perception. The message is deciphered by the brain and able to reach the subconscious mind, where the positive messaging can begin to replace/reprogram the old self-limiting, negative beliefs.
Subliminal messaging is not an instant fix to your problems, but it is a great tool to assist you in pursuit of goals that you are struggling to reach because of self-limiting behaviours and beliefs that have manifested themselves in your subconscious mind due to past events.

Without getting too technical, the positive affirmations contained within the music are first recorded normally, and then modulated above the threshold of human hearing. This means that the messaging will bypass the conscious mind but still be deciphered by the brain and the subconscious mind.
The human hearing threshold is around 20 kHz. However, some people will struggle to hear above 18 kHz, particularly because as we get older our hearing declines. Those listening to the silent version of the recording that we provide you with, who have very good hearing, may hear the occasional slightly high-pitched sound, similar to a cricket. If you hear this it means you are just about picking up on the high-end frequencies of the affirmation, but the messaging will still bypass your conscious perception and penetrate the subconscious.
In addition, some headphones exaggerate high-end frequencies; this is common in cheaper versions of earbuds. So if you are wearing a pair of these you may also occasionally hear the slightly high-pitched sound
The majority of people see results within two weeks of regular listening, though in some instances it can be as quick as 1 to 2 days. Where confidence and positivity affirmations are concerned, results tend to manifest themselves quickly in the form of feeling more positive and confident and can often be felt within 24 hours.
Where issues like weight-loss or quitting smoking are concerned, depending on how deep-rooted the psychological dependency is on food and smoking are, it may take up to 2 weeks before you notice results.
Yes. Once you have made changes to beliefs and patterns of thinking, you will begin to experience positive changes to your old self-limiting habits. When you see complete positive change in a particular area, you can move on to another area of your life that you want to improve. As mentioned elsewhere in the FAQ, how long it takes to see results depends on the person and the psychological barriers that need to be overcome. However, most people see positive changes within a couple of weeks.
You do not need to be a native English speaker, but having a good standard of conversational English is important. If you are able to speak and write English to a good conversational level, to the point that you can speak confidently with a native speaker, then you will be able to benefit from our subliminal audio messaging products.
If possible, listen once per day while relaxing – either lying or sitting down.
You can also listen while you work, read, exercise or while doing pretty much any other activity. However, if you are listening like this, we recommend 2-3 sessions per day; because your attention is not as focused as when relaxing.
You can also leave the silent version on while you sleep. The subconscious mind is active when we sleep, and therefore this is a good way to reap the benefits of the subliminal training.
