What’s the difference between Binaural Beats & Isochronic Tones?

Isochronic tones work by emitting sound at regular intervals, whereas binaural beats use a constant sound wave format. Isochronic tones do not require headphones while binaural beats meditations do. The most important difference is that Isochronic tones are a new technology, and while they have become fashionable to some degree, unlike binaural beats, there is little scientific proof of their effectiveness.
